Woman charged with rape of 13 year old boy

A 24-year-old Wichita woman was charged Monday with raping her
13-year-old half-brother earlier this year. Ms. T. broke into tears
as a judge read the charge against her. She is accused of aggravated
incest.
Prosecutors say only two or three women each year are charged in
Sedgwick County with crimes of incest, yet experts say women often
sexually molest children.
