PTA President Held For Grad Party Sex
PRESTONSBURG, KENTUCKY - An eastern Kentucky PTA president says she
couldn't possibly have consented to sex with two teenage boys at a
graduation party because she was too drunk.
Y.L. appeared in court in Prestonburg today but her bid to reduce
her $15,000 full cash bond failed.
Y.L., 28, is accused of engaging in sex with the two teens, ages 14 and
15, at a graduation party for students from Auxier (AWK'-shoor) Elementary
School.
She told the Kentucky News Network after she thought all the children had
left, she drank heavily, threw up and passed out.
Y.L. said if the boys engaged in sex with her, she was the victim of a
sexual assault because she had not given consent.
Y.L. is charged with third-degree rape, sexual abuse, sodomy and unlawful
transaction with a minor.
