Girl Faces Tests Before Trial On Rape Charges
A twelve-year-old Pontiac girl charged with raping her younger brother will
undergo psychological testing to determine if she is fit to stand trial.
Oakland County Chief Circuit Judge Edward Sosnick ordered the testing
Wednesday after talks between prosecutors and the girl's defense attorney
about a possible plea bargain broke down....
