Mom Guilty In Teen Sex Case
NEW PORT RICHEY, FLORIDA -- A Pasco County jury has found a 47- year-old
woman guilty of carrying on an extended sexual affair with her daughter's
teenage boyfriend. Prosecutors say E.G. would show up at his
school... sometimes in a black evening dress... and pose as his mother to
get him out of classes for medical appointments. It all came apart the day
a suspicious school nurse called the teenager's real mother to inquire
about his illness. The jury found E.G. guilty of charges that could send
her to prison for 18 years. The 15-year-old boy testified that the sex was
consensual although E.G. claimed on the stand that he had raped her.
....but detectives said she told them that she craved male company after
being abandoned by her husband.
