"You don't mess with a cop's daughter!" Words attributed to the California policeman who showed up in uniform and put the cuffs on a 15 year old boy suspected of having sex with the policeman's 14 year old girl.
The policeman reportedly used standard police scare tactics like "threatening the young man with things such as rape in prison."
The incident occured at the boy's home, with his parents too frightened to confront the armed, raging policeman.
The two young teens had been close for several years.
The boy's parents later reported the incident with the rogue policeman to his superiors. The police responded by arresting the teen boy for unlawful sexual intercourse.
Until such teen sex laws are cleared from the books, teenagers will face the threat of prosecution any time they have intimate contact.
