Woman Charged With Fondling Teen
BEAR, DELAWARE -- Police have charged a Bear area woman with unlawful
sexual contact of a 14-year-old. New Castle County police say 40-year-old
S.H. allegedly kissed and fondled the teen-age boy on different
occasions between February and July. S.H. reportedly met the boy at a
Newark church, where she volunteered as a youth assistant. The boy told
police he and S.H. engaged in sexual contact at her home and at the
church.
