Williams gets death penalty
WHEATON, ILLINOIS
A jury has sentenced Jacqueline Williams, the
31-year-old convicted triple murderer, to death for the 1995 murders of
Debra Evans and two of her children.
A six-man, six-woman jury took more than four hours to deliberate this
afternoon on whether the 31-year-old suburban Chicago woman should die for
the November 1995 slayings.
Evans' full-term son, Elijah, now 2, was cut from his mother's womb in her
Addison apartment but survived.
