Among other things, the alert calls for action against those of us who are
" ...working for the adoption of legislation such as presumption 
of joint custody, penalties for false reporting of domestic 
and child abuse and mediation instead of court 
hearings;"

The action alert also details NOW activities to intimidate and harrass judges 
who do not see things their way.
